26&2 Yoga
The 26&2 Yoga Series is a practice of 26 postures with 2 breathing exercises. In this class we get to stretch and strengthen every muscle, ligament, joint and bone in the body. This is a therapeutic class designed to fit everybody and is available to everyone. No prior experience to yoga needed, allow me to guide you and expect to feel amazing after class!
Power Vinyasa Yoga
Power Vinyasa Yoga is a practice designed to guide you into your own Power, Vitality and sense of Freedom on and off your mat. In each class we create a flow of yoga asana (postures). In this repetition of movement we begin to connect our movement with our breath developing a meditation of self-inquire in the yoga flow. You will notice that this class will tone your body, clear your mind, sharpen your vision and leave you feeling complete by the end of class.
Inferno Hot Pilates
Inferno Hot Pilates is a high intensity, low impact and full body workout. This class uses Pilates principles and HIIT (high intensity interval training) to build muscular endurance, strength and stability throughout the body. Set to fun music, expect to get a good workout and have a great time!
